All prices are in CAD and do not include tax. All teams will also receive 25 park passes as part of their registration.

Directions
From Toronto, take Hwy 401 W towards Guelph.
Take exit 295, Hanlon Expressway towards Guelph.
Turn right onto Woodlawn Road.
Turn left onto Woolwich Street.
Turn right onto Conservation Road.
Turn right onto Wellington Road 38.
Take the 1st left onto Conservation Road.
Please note that all participants must have a park pass to enter the gates for free. Each team will receive 25 passes with registration; however, all additional team members or spectators would be required to pay the gate price. Enter through the main gate and park in the designated parking areas.
Races are set to begin at approximately 8:00am. Race head quarters will open at 7:00am for teams to complete any outstanding registration documents. Captain’s meeting to take place at 7:30am, marshalling for first race begins at 7:45am.
Gold, Silver & Bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each A division final.
Gold medals will be awarded to the top team in every other division (B-Z).
Gold, Silver & Bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each 2000m final.
Awards will be handed out after the conclusion of each division final.
We will present 25 medals per team; should you require additional medals, you may purchase them at a cost of $10 each.

Vendors who select to be Race Sponsors (for an additional $25) will also receive logo/website promotion on our race schedule (printed and online) and company promotion/announcements over the loud speaker throughout the festival.

Come volunteer with us for a day! Enjoy a day outside where you will be helping the festival organizers with many possible tasks, including but not limited to:
Volunteer opportunities are available in 4-hour time slots, and each volunteer will receive a shirt, lunch, AND a $25 bonus at the end of their shift! Students may also use these as high school volunteer hours (if approved by the school).

Rules of Racing - All Sport Teams using this event as a qualifier, must follow Division I rules as outlined on Page 7. All other teams will follow Division III rules outlined on Page 9.
