All prices are in CAD and do not include tax. All teams will also receive 6 park passes as part of their registration.

Directions
From Toronto, take Hwy 401 W towards Mississauga.
Take Hwy 427 S to the QEW.
Continue on the QEW/Hwy 403.
Take exit 74 to Hwy 6 N.
Make a left on Hwy 5 West.
Make a left at 1000 Hwy 5 West.
There is a $20 park entrance fee for each car that enters the park; each team will receive 6 of these entrances for free with registration. All cars beyond the first 6 will be required to pay the gate fee. Parking is VERY limited and we highly encourage you and your team to carpool as much as possible.

Race Format:
Park gates will open at 6:30am and the registration tent will open at 7:00am for all teams to complete the check-in process. Team captains meeting will be held at 7:30am with the first race being marshalled at 7:45am.
Awards will be handed out after the conclusion of each division final.
Each team will receive 25 medals, however if you need additional medals, you may order more at Race Headquarters.

Vendor fees are $50 +hst and all vendors receive:
Vendors who select to be Race Sponsors (for an additional $50) will also receive logo/website promotion on our race schedule (printed and online) and company promotion/announcements over the loud speaker throughout the festival.
*Please note: In order to best serve our participants, we reserve the right to turn down vendor applications if we feel as though the market is already covered in this area.

Volunteer opportunities are available in 4-hour time slots, and each volunteer will receive a shirt, lunch, AND students may also use these as high school volunteer hours (if approved by the school).
